Trine University's own Zollner Golf Course was established in 1971 as a gift from Trine's Board of Trustees. Zollner has been the site of National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) golf championships, Indiana PGA Assistant Championships, and qualifications for the Indiana Open.
