Refunds and Credit Balances

Refunds of a credit balance due to Title IV Federal aid will be processed within 14 days of the funds received on your student account.

The university has partnered with Innovative Card Solutions (ICS) to offer the Trine University iPayU Prepaid MasterCard. All student refunds will be deposited to your Trine University card* unless the Business Office has your bank direct deposit information on file.

Your refund may be processed as a direct deposit. Please follow the directions below. Your request will automatically be sent to the Business Office for processing.
