Learning without Limits. It's a Trine thing.

The Program

Mathematics is the language of the universe. It is the study of patterns in shape, time, distance and space  through careful reasoning and rigorous deductions. Modern applications include Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS). Other new discoveries in mathematics include encryption for secure commerce on the World Wide Web (WWW) and algorithms for speech recognition.

Traditional Students

The Experience

Our program offers small classes taught by full-time professors who are committed  to their professions and committed to the development of each student's full potential in a friendly environment. Every student is assigned a faculty adviser who will assist in designing an individualized program of study. The faculty maintains regular scheduled office hours, as well as regular scheduled "math help" sessions eight hours per week. Fall 2014 Math Help Schedule

The Results

Do Math; Do Anything.  Men and women trained in mathematics are employed in a wide variety of fields where data analysis and logical thought processes are critical. Undergraduate training in mathematics trains students to organize their thought processes and hone their critical thinking skills. Graduates of our program are employed at NASA, Microsoft, Steel Dynamics, bioenergy companies, and logistics companies. A number of our graduates have gone onto graduate school  at Notre Dame, Central Michigan, and Indiana University.
