Requirements

Students seeking the Master of Engineering degree only must have a BS degree in the appropriate engineering field, or a closely related discipline. A grade point average of 3.0 or higher is recommended.

Special consideration will be given to those applicants who have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Examination. Transfer credits from another institution will not normally be allowed, and courses used to satisfy the requirements of a bachelor’s degree cannot be applied toward the master’s degree.

Applicants whose native language is not English must have a minimum score of 550 on the paper-based or 213 on the computer based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
