Trine License Plate

Thank you for your interest in the Trine University License Plate program! With the purchase of a Trine license plate, you will be taking your Thunder pride wherever your travels take you and supporting the student scholarship fund.

Trine license plates are a great way to show your pride and support for the university. A $25 tax deductible contribution is given to Trine for each plate ordered per year. An additional $15 special recognition plate fee, along with your annual vehicle registration fees, are assessed by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Trine license plates are for Indiana residents only. This is a standard vehicle registration plate only issued for passenger cars, recreational vehicles, and trucks weighing less than 11,000 pounds.

You can now order or renew your Trine license plate at your local license branch or online by clicking here. They will collect your $25 contribution to Trine University and forward it to us on your behalf. This eliminates the need for the separate application form and approval.
