1. Identify the various factors that derail typical New Year diet resolutions. 2. Provide behavioral strategies to tame food cravings and non-hunger eating. 3. Provide nutrition tips and recipes to support eating well, not food restriction. 4. Introduce the concept of intuitive or mindful eating utilizing mindful "tasting."
