The Many Ways that YOU Can Give Back
Currently, we are in the midst of the Invest in Excellence Campaign. This $125 million campaign will allow us to continue the momentum and path of success that we have been on for the past few years. We ask you to Be a Part of Something Greater, we ask you to Invest in Excellence.
There are many ways to support Trine University through your time, talent and treasure. Below are some of the many ways that you can support your Alma Mater.
Make a Gift
Make a gift online or mail your gift to Trine University Office of Alumni and Development One University Avenue Angola, IN 46703. Many employers offer matching gift programs that equal charitable contributions made by their employees. Search the matching gift database to see if your employer has a matching gift program.
Leave a Legacy
There are many different opportunities for Planned Giving: Bequests, Endowed Funds, Life Income Gifts, Life Insurance Gifts, Naming Opportunities and Retirement Plans Assets.
If you are 70½ years old or older, you can take advantage of a simple way to benefit Trine University and receive tax benefits in return. You can give up to $100,000 from your IRA directly to a qualified charity such as ours without having to pay income taxes on the money.
This law no longer has an expiration date so you are free to make annual gifts to our organization this year and well into the future.

Trine University License Plate
Indiana residence, take your Thunder pride on the road and purchase a Trine University license plate the next time you renew your plates. $25 of the purchase is a charitable donation to Trine University to support the Trine Fund for student scholarships.
Naming opportunities exist to meet most personal budgets and philanthropic interests.
We have joined efforts with the office of Admissions to design a program that would expand the reach of Trine University recruiting.
Attend an Event
Scholarship fundraisers, alumni and friends gatherings, and on-campus happenings are great ways to be engaged with Trine. Check out our upcoming events.
Hire a Trine graduate, provide an internship or co-op opportunity, attend a career or job fair or mentor a current student. Visit our Career Services website to participate.
