Meet Diane Wallinger

Trine University - Ketner School of Business

Lake dweller with business savvy.

B.S. Indiana University; M.A.E. Ball State University

As a Trine professor, I draw from over 15 years at management–level positions in corporate America in accounting/financial management, office management, information technology, integrated manufacturing systems and manufacturing management.

I was also an officer and manager of my own manufacturing company, building cots, rest mats and tumbling mats for the early childhood market and spa covers and other cut–and–sew products.

I am active in campus activities as the faculty adviser for Alpha Sigma Tau sorority, and love to attend sporting events to watch my students. I have been active in community and civic organizations over the years, holding local and state offices with Kappa Kappa Kappa. I am an Angola local and Lake James "laker," and can often be found in the sun, floating or boating.

I enjoy working in the yard and gardening, and always, a good book. I attend Fairview Missionary Church, where I play synthesizer in the praise band and participate in several other ministries. I have four children and six young grandchildren. It can get pretty loud at our house when everyone is there!
