Dedicated Jayhawk with a healthy obsession for concrete.B.S., M.S., Ph.D. University of Kansas My areas of expertise in civil engineering include structural and materials engineering, reinforced concrete design, concrete durability and green building practices. I am a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Tau Beta Pi, Chi Epsilon and Golden Key honor societies, and am thrilled to be an adviser for the students′ concrete canoe competition. A few of my passions include concrete and University of Kansas athletics. For concrete, I have travelled across the United States working in concert with transportation departments to design and construct concrete bridges. For the Jayhawks, I make every effort to watch or listen to all of their games – feel free to stop by my office and check out my KU paraphernalia! When I am not working with students, preparing lectures or supporting the Jayhawks, I am practicing my golf game or cycling a nearby trail. |
