How to apply for readmission

If your enrollment is interrupted for any reason OTHER than dismissal for more than one semester, not including summer, your status will be considered as withdrawn and you must be readmitted. Please complete the appropriate campus Readmission Application along with a statement of explanation to the Registrar. The readmit committee will determine the outcome of the readmit request.

If you're a main campus student dismissed for academic or other disciplinary reasons, you must submit a  Dismissed Student Readmission application along with a statement of explanation to the Registrar. The readmit committee will determine the outcome of the readmit request.


Statement of Explanation

The statement should be 3-4 paragraphs in length and explain why you were/are not meeting academic standards. It should also outline a plan for future success.
