Enrollment Specialist - Peoria, AZ

Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Prior experience in higher-education admissions is strongly preferred.
 

Summary

The Enrollment Specialist seeks out qualified candidates that meet the admission requirements of Trine University, assists the candidate in completing the application, and assists (when necessary) the candidate in acquiring the necessary documents required for admissions into the school.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruiting activities (Seeks out and participates in activities that lead to the admission of new students).
  • Community relations (Builds and maintains relationships with local communities).
  • Prepares prospect file with necessary documents; i.e. applications, transcripts, financial aid and pertinent documentation.
  • Maintains records (Updates the Jenzabar database with appropriate information related to the status of a candidate).
  • Maintains schedules (Abides by work schedule policies and maintains a daily schedule under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Enrollment).
  • Prepares and submits Reports (Prepares and submits daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Enrollment).
