Proof of Residency
Please fill out this form to request for a proof of residency letter to show the Social Security Office and/or the BMV.
STEM Extension Request
Graduated students who qualify for STEM extension should prepare to apply for their extension as early as 90 days prior to the end date printed on their EAD card.
Transfer Out Request
Please fill out this form if you are an incoming student who plans to transfer to another institution.
NOTE: this is not for current students. Transferring as an enrolled student starts at the Office of Student Success and Retention.
Main Campus Transportation Request
Please fill out the form above to request transportation to the BMV, Social Security Administration Office, Waterloo Train Station, or Fort Wayne International Airport (from Trine University Main Campus only). Fees for each location are shown on the online form. The form must be filled out 2 business days in advance for guaranteed transportation.

Conversation Partner Program:
The Office of International Services sponsors the Conversation Partner Program, which pairs non-English-speaking students and scholars with English-speaking students for one-on-one, informal conversation in English. The program promotes and encourages cultural awareness and understanding, helps international students understand and adapt to U.S. culture, and provides both participants the opportunity to see the world from another perspective and create a rewarding new friendship. The Conversation Partner Program is considered a CHAT event. Please apply below:
