Refer a Student
As a TSC/TSU/Trine University alum, you know first-hand the benefit of attending a
smaller university. Trine remains a place where you know your professors (often, they
are even your personal advisors and mentors), there are options to participate in
numerous student groups and activities, and you are known as an individual and not
a number in a large crowd.
We are counting on you to share your Tri-State/Trine memories with future generations.
Do you know a high school junior or senior who is considering, or should consider, Trine University? If so, we would love to hear about them.
While still utilizing top-of-the-line tactics, we believe in recruiting students the old-fashioned way, with personal attention. YOU are the most effective way to share the vision and impact of the university.
Legacy Award
Trine University offers Legacy Awards for incoming freshman who are the children, grandchildren or siblings of graduates (or currently enrolled siblings). The Legacy Award is valued at $2,000 annually for undergraduate students.
Alumni Referral Award
Alumni Referral Awards are available to any new, prospective student officially referred by an alumnus/a of the university. The student must apply, be admitted and enroll at Trine. The future Trine Univeristy alum will receive a $500 annual Alumni Referral Award. This award is renewable up to a total value of $2,000 over four years for undergraduate students only.
Legacy Award recipients are not eligible for the Alumni Referral Award.
