Charter Amendments

In accordance with the charter agreement, all schools are required to submit a written request if there is an intention to make a substantial change to the approved charter application.

As a general rule, a substantial change is considered to be any revision to the charter application that would result in a significant change to the overall mission/vision, governance, academic, or organizational structure of the charter school. Such changes need to be approved in writing at the discretion of Education One’s Executive Director prior to implementation.
