With three decades of teaching experience and as a proud graduate of Trine University (formerly Tri-State University), I am profoundly dedicated to advancing both the academic achievement and personal growth of my students. My enduring connection to the institution provides me with a distinctive perspective, enabling me to unite a deep appreciation for its values with an enduring passion for mathematics education.

My teaching philosophy centers on making mathematics not only accessible but also engaging and meaningful. I strive to cultivate an environment where students develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, empowering them to view mathematics as more than a subject of study—as a dynamic lens through which to interpret and navigate the complexities of life.

Outside of the classroom, I embrace opportunities for balance and enrichment through traveling, playing the guitar, and spending cherished time with my wife and children. These pursuits broaden my worldview and allow me to connect with students on a more personal level, fostering a supportive and inspiring learning community.

As both an educator and a lifelong learner, I am committed to continually refining my practice by integrating innovative technologies and contemporary pedagogical approaches. My ultimate goal is to provide students with a transformative educational experience that equips them not only with mathematical knowledge but also with the confidence and intellectual agility to thrive in an ever-changing world.
