Roberta (Bobbi) Gagnon has a BSME from the University of Toledo and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.  After completing her engineering degree, Gagnon worked as a manufacturing engineer in the packaging, woodworking, and automotive industries.  She worked 3 years as the Quality Manager for Camshaft Machine Company before leaving manufacturing to start a consulting/training business.   Prior to Trine, Bobbi worked 10 years for Kellogg Community College overseeing corporate training in Battle Creek and then associate degree programming in Coldwater, Michigan.

Bobbi and her husband, Stan, have been married 26 years and have 4 children and 2 grandchildren.  They enjoy fun on Coldwater Lake, riding motorcycles, and spending time with friends and family.
