I have been an assistant professor at Trine University since the fall of 2008. My area of expertise is very large scale integration, and I am working to develop a consistent metal–oxide–semiconductor (MOS) transistor power dissipation model for high frequency applications. Here at Trine, I am faculty adviser to Eta Kappa Nu, a national electrical and computer engineering honor society.
A native of Nepal, a Himalayan nation having eight of the tallest 10 mountains in the world, I developed a love for nature and outdoors in my youth via trekking and camping.
In addition to participation in many outdoor activities, I also represented Nepal and my university team in cricket. I am an avid sports fan. From football to basketball, I follow games with keen interest. My wife, Srijana, and I have two children, Vidhi and Tanya.
