Career Academy South Bend's robotics team secured awards at the FIRST Indiana State Championships, held April 5-7 in Lafayette.

Harold Campbell 1949 BSCE, of Somers, New York, and his grandson Connor Putman, a junior from Ridgefield, Connecticut, majoring in management, point to seats bearing their names in the Thunder Ice Arena. Harold had made a gift to the Thunder Ice Arena for the seat naming opportunities.
Harold and Connor's mom, Jackie Putnam, traveled to Trine to spend the weekend of Sept. 29-31 visiting Connor and seeing the campus.
Connor is a member of the Thunder Lacrosse team.
