Students bring International Education Week to Ryan Park

International and teacher education students from Trine University gave presentations to the first-grade classes at Ryan Park Elementary School taught by Christina Minick, Julie Witherspoon and Christine Mills on Thursday, Nov. 15. Trine students from Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, Japan and Argentina gave presentations, and led craft activities and games related to their countries. They were joined by Trine mascot Storm and students from the university’s Franks School of Education. The visit was part of Trine’s celebration of International Education Week from Nov. 12-16.
