Zollner Golf Course opening Friday

February 26, 2024

Zollner Golf Course on the Trine University campus will open for the 2024 season on Friday, March 1.

Established in 1971, Zollner Golf Course recently was rated among the top 10 collegiate golf courses in the nation by reviewers on the GolfPass website. The course has ranked among the top 25 for the last five years.

Zollner Golf Course hosted the NCAA Division III Women’s Golf National Championship in 2012, and has been the site of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) golf championships, the Indiana PGA Assistant Championships, Indiana PGA Junior Championships, PGA Player Ability Test Tournaments and Indiana Open qualifiers.

For days when weather outside is not ideal for golf, Zollner also features a Trackman indoor golf simulator inside the Club Z clubhouse area.

The simulator combines radar capability with high-end optics to track and display the full trajectory of any shot, from short putts to 400-yard drives, pinpointing the landing position with superior accuracy. It also maps the shot's 3D trajectory in real time, along with impact and launch data.

The simulator also includes a high-definition library of courses such as Pebble Beach, Valderrama, Royal Birkdale and St. Andrews, allowing golfers to get a taste of the world’s most iconic courses without leaving northeast Indiana.

To book your tee time or for more information on membership, fees and golf course amenities, visit zollnergc.com or call the pro shop at (260) 665-4269.
