Tony Kline, Ph.D., the new president of Trine University, discusses his background and transition to his new role as well as the university’s outlook for the future in a new episode of the TrineLine podcast, now online.
In the episode, Dr. Kline summarizes his background as an educator, including his 13 years at Trine, and talks about people who have impacted his life and career. He also shares how and why he came to Trine and how its focus on student success has kept him at the university.
In addition, he describes transitioning to the role of president, the university’s strong position as his presidency begins and how Trine University will continue to meet the challenges facing higher education today.

Having graduated from Trine University, Fr. Bryan Paulsen, S.J., Ph.D., hoped to have a current Trine student work as part of his Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) team this summer at the University of Notre Dame.
