What is TEAM?

An affordable, 10-month, cohort-based Transition to Teaching & Teacher Induction Program customized to unique district needs through an innovative apprenticeship model.

 
Elementary (K-6)

24 Credit Hours

Secondary (5-12)

18 Credit Hours

Special Education (P-12)

24 Credit Hours

Why TEAM?

  • Immediately begin classroom teaching with timely, relevant support and teacher training instruction
  • Program completion time is only ten months
  • The employee's school district covers tuition cost
  • Relevant coursework aligned with teacher day-to-day practices and teacher evaluation rubrics
  • Earn 18-24 graduate credits toward a Master’s Degree in Education from Trine University
