Trine CGPS administrators talk about supporting growth with technology

February 25, 2026

Three administrators from Trine University’s College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CGPS) will share their success with using technology to support significant growth in an upcoming national webinar.

Brittni Desmond, assistant vice president and dean, Hannah Ewing, executive director of international services and operations, and Keirsten Eberts, vice president of online and international studies, will present “From Complexity to Confidence: How Higher Ed Teams Are Evolving Operations to Scale” beginning at 2 p.m. March 3.

The webinar is hosted by the Center for Digital Education and sponsored by Monday.com.

The session will cover how CGPS expanded its team to support growing enrollment while transforming key operations through automation and real-time data tracking, allowing staff to better serve students. The administrators also will discuss how they used a technology platform approach to reduce delays, tighten workflows and refocus staff time to where it was needed most.
