Kylee Schlabach is an academic professional with over a decade of experience in the education industry. She currently serves as the Academic Director for the Master of Science in Business Analytics degree program at TrineOnline, where she is responsible for overseeing program development, student advising, and faculty mentorship. Kylee is passionate about providing students with high-quality online education that prepares them for success in their chosen careers.

Prior to joining Trine, Kylee held various positions in education. She served as an Executive Assistant and Recruitment & Enrollment Specialist at St. Joseph County Intermediate School District, where she played a pivotal role in marketing, recruitment, reporting, database management, and communications. Kylee also gained valuable experience as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Development at Howe Military Academy and as a teacher at Vicksburg Community Schools.

Kylee is a graduate of Glen Oaks Community College, where she earned her Associate of Business and Associate of General Studies degrees. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Management and Master of Business Administration at Trine University. Kylee's educational background and extensive experience in various educational settings have equipped her with a deep understanding of the diverse needs of learners and the ability to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kylee enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also enjoys road trips, photography, crafting, streaming shows and movies, and attending baseball and hockey games. Kylee is dedicated to her work, committed to student success, and has a passion for lifelong learning.
