Trine University recognizes various clubs and organizations related to health sciences. Whether it's an honors society or career-specific group, Rinker-Ross School of Health Science students who get involved gain experiences and connections beyond the classroom and laboratory.
The Trine Health Science Association is a student-led organization dedicated to students pursuing careers in health-related fields. It provides members with opportunities to engage in professional development, community service and networking with peers and professionals in the health sciences. Through various events, workshops, panels and volunteer activities, the HSA aims to prepare students for future careers in healthcare.
The Trine Pre-Physician Assistant Club is a student organization that supports those interested in pursuing a career as a physician assistant (PA). The club offers members opportunities to learn more about the PA profession, engage in professional development and prepare for PA school applications. Through guest speakers, workshops and networking events, the club helps students gain valuable insights and build connections within the healthcare field.
The Tri-Beta Biology Honors Society at Trine is a prestigious organization for students
dedicated to the study of biology. It recognizes academic excellence and promotes
scholarly achievement in the biological sciences. Members have opportunities to participate
in research, community service and professional development activities that enhance
their understanding and appreciation of biology.
The Trine Future Forensic Scientists (TUFFS) is a student organization dedicated to
students interested in forensic science and related fields. TUFFS provides members
with opportunities to participate in events that deepen their understanding of forensic
science. The club aims to prepare students for careers in forensic science by fostering
a community of like-minded individuals and offering valuable professional development
activities.
The Trine American Chemical Society (ACS) is a student chapter of the national ACS
organization, dedicated to students interested in chemistry. The club offers members
opportunities to engage in professional development, participate in chemistry-related
activities and connect with peers and professionals in the field. The Trine ACS chapter
helps students deepen their understanding of chemistry and prepares them for future
careers in the sciences.
The Trine Friends of MSF (Doctors Without Borders) is a student organization that supports the humanitarian efforts of Médecins Sans Frontiéres (MSF). The club raises awareness about global health issues and humanitarian crises while engaging students in fundraising and advocacy activities.
