Administrative Assistant - Office of the Registrar

The Administrative Assistant will serve as a front-line customer-service representative for the Office of the Registrar. The successful candidate must be friendly, accurate, detail-oriented, and committed to customer service.
Responsibilities include: data entry, answering the phone, maintaining the student database, filing, generating computer reports, assisting with registration, assisting students with academic transactions, determining and reporting students’ athletic eligibility, preparing transcripts, and other clerical duties as assigned. The administrative assistant is also involved with planning and organizing Honors Days, Hooding Ceremonies, and Graduations.
