Summary

To assist the operation of athletic department and build our esports program.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the growth of esports through recruiting and helping with on campus visits.
  • Schedule practices and individual gaming time
  • Handle grade checks and assist with academic support
  • Assist in the scheduling of games and tournaments for the teams
  • Broad gaming experience and knowledge of individual competitions
  • Help organize program initiatives and schedules
  • Participate in game management as scheduled by athletic department
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; master's degree preferred; a proven record of success in intercollegiate athletics including recruiting; Division III experience desired.
