Tomas Pasqualini of Argentina and Tamim Fattah of Syria, both students at Trine University, try their hand at making jack o’lanterns during the university’s pumpkin-carving contest Wednesday evening, Oct. 26, at Trine. The annual event, held in the Whitney Commons inside the Rick L. and Vicki L. James University Center, attracted about 30 students as well as entries from faculty and staff. The winning pumpkins will remain on display in the University Center through Halloween.

Trine offering surgical technology program in hybrid format

Trine University is now offering its associate of applied science in surgical technology degree in an expanded hybrid format, allowing students to complete online coursework from home while gaining valuable in-person experience through immersive courses, lab sessions and clinical rotations.
