Welcome to SOAR 2026: Your First Step Toward an Incredible Trine Experience!

Get ready for a day packed with excitement, information and opportunities as you begin your journey at Trine University. SOAR (Student Orientation and Registration) is designed to help students and their loved ones transition seamlessly into college life. Here’s what makes SOAR unforgettable:

  • Connect: Meet other incoming students, future roommates and key campus leaders, including coaches, academic advisors and program directors.
  • Prepare for Success: Sit down one-on-one with an academic advisor to create your fall class schedule, ensuring a strong start to your Trine experience.
  • Explore Campus Life: Check out housing assignments, get a glimpse of campus life and gather insights on student organizations, athletics and other opportunities.
  • Get Set Up: Walk away with your Trine Student ID, set up your university email and get a head start on all things Trine.
  • Navigate Finances: Representatives from the Financial Aid Office will be available to meet individually with students and families to answer questions and discuss your financial plan.

We’re excited to welcome you to campus! While we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred session, please note that space is limited for each date. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to secure your spot as soon as possible.
