Terrance is a published Health Informatics and Information Systems Security Assistant Professor that possesses 40+ years of industry experience across several business sectors with 5 countries. During this time, I have obtained 25+ years of experience building project-based focused science education community-academic partnerships. The aim of this partnerships has been to engage 3rd – 12 grade students living in under-resourced minority communities’ capacity to using digital technologies enhance the resilience of themselves and their families to behaviorally triggered infections (biological and electronic infections) in ways that assist their neighborhoods become healthier and safes places to live, work, pray and play. Currently, he is also a graduate teaching that part of the Tennessee State University Dual Enrollment Program Team that has completed all of his course for an Ed.D. in Higher Education focusing on Cyber-Hygiene co-curriculars. Terrance works at the Detroit Campus along side Dr. Booker and Dr. Alquran.

Aside from supporting 30+ peer-reviewed articles and the acquisition of $670+ million in technical research funding, some examples of these the impact of interventions Terrance has assisted in designing, implementing and/or evaluating are: (a) mobilizing 350+ faith leaders and 50,000+ congregants across 9 denominations & 150+ FBOs in 13 states against HIV;  (b) serving as the co-PI for the Prevention Research Center of Michigan’s 2009 – 2014 co-research project; (c) overseeing the design and implementation of Wayne County College District’s cyber-hygiene focused Associates of Science in Cybersecurity Degree Program;(d) serving on the leadership team for American Public Health Association Health Informatics and Information Subcommittee ; (e) serving as a co-chair of National Institute of Standards of Technology K – 12 Cybersecurity Education Community of Interest; (f) Shelby County Schools 1st cybersecurity career readiness program; (g) serving as a co-chair for the National CyberWATCH Center’s Games, Simulations and Competition Workgroup; (h) facilitating dual enrollment programming for Tennessee State University in the US, South Africa and Libra; and (i) serving on the Science Olympiad Board for the states of Indiana and Tennessee.
