Samuel Conn Ph.D.

Dr. Samuel Conn brings nearly 40 years of combined military, tech-sector, and academic experience in technology and information systems. His career spans roles in programming, electronic engineering, and database management systems, with expertise in Oracle and IBM DB2 integration for business applications. In the mid-90s, he transitioned to the Internet era, assisting businesses in migrating to web technologies, implementing ERP and CRM systems, and pioneering electronic commerce opportunities. His higher education journey began in 2001, focusing on information technology management, e-learning networks, and online program development at institutions like Regis University, Virginia Tech, and Georgia Military College. Dr. Conn's career also includes executive leadership positions at Southern Polytechnic State University and SUNY Empire State College. Since 2016, he has served as President and CEO of NJEdge, Inc., a regional research and education network. Dr. Conn holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems, is widely published, and is a member of numerous professional associations.
