Khalil Gatlin

Khalil Gatlin (Ph.D)

Dr. Khalil Gatlin, formerly MSgt Gatlin, is a New York City native who has served in the U.S. Air Force since December 1996. His first assignment in 1997 was at Hill AFB in Utah, where he worked in personnel support roles. Over 24 years, he held various human resources positions, including leading HR at Detachment 215 ROTC in Indiana and serving as NCOIC of the Military Personnel Flight at Malmstrom AFB. In 2015, he took on a senior HR role at Air Force ROTC in Connecticut and later became Superintendent of Security Support at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. Currently, he works as Assistant VP of Operations at Dynamic Advancement in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Gatlin's achievements reflect great credit upon himself, his family, and society.
